The rabbit enjoys the garden
While a woven carrot toy
sits under shadowed bars
And rattles hollow
blown by the wind

Of spirals
Ethereal cloth
Folded by flame
The scent of spirals
sprawls
in my throat
Droplets
Feathered dance
A gasp
I am
exploring exaltation
Sky’s breath
on misted wings
Grateful wisps
A rise
Unnoticed
To the paint flakes
To the rust
To the unswept corner
unnoticed
I see you
The beauty never stated
The humblest perfection
The loveliness
just as it is
Mundane’s ecstasy
Ground
Minerals surrounding colour
leave images in my solidity
Pressure formed and felt
I am the forests of the lost
Not to hold, to hoard, to honour
But to warm, to thaw
welcome
Geology has named me
but the ground digests me home
Stream
Ever rising
joyous stream
surfacing release
Each bubble’s rush
lucious return
to burst again to peace
Garden
This little plant
I tender hold
nourishing its soil
Watering well
with shining rays
And in my light
I bloom
Clear
A cloud cannot
uncloud the sky
Though sky holds
only love
for the trying
(unnamed)
Every moment
wears my face
But where am I
to see it?
Play
The dance
of being –
hiding
and seeking
